About Me
I have been a psychotherapist for individuals, groups, couples, and families for roughly 15 years. I use the skills that I obtained through my experiences as a psychotherapist coupled with my spirituality to provide spiritual life coaching to help folks remember both who and whose they are-and to assist them in reclaiming control over their God given free will, and help them to walk in their God given purpose.
I graduated from Union College where I majored in Economics and Modern Languages (Spanish). I obtained my MSW from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. Currently, I am a PhD student at Adelphi University in the school of social work. For the past nine years, I have served as a college professor in social work and human services programs throughout New York City.
I am dedicated to helping folks thrive and achieve their goals in life. For me, there is nothing greater than being of service to others. I am guided by the principle of " do unto others as you would have others do unto you," and seek to set an example by walking in the spirit and in truth. As a child of God, I am eager to share the gift of spiritual discernment that God bestowed to me with others. I look forward to helping you reach your goals in life through a collaborative, client centered and spirit filled experience. Let's heal and thrive together!
