The Bible says that faith without works is dead. So, this journal guides the reader in fighting the Good fight against psychological abuse by activating their faith through walking in the Fruits of the Spirit for nine straight days. This Fruit of the Spirit Challenge, F.O.T.S. Challenge, will help survivors of psychological abuse accelerate their healing, concomitantly re-aligning their free-will back to agape love.
