Be careful not to judge people by what you think you see. "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares (Hebrews 13:2)." And, "God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty (1 Corinthians 1:27 KJV)."
This world expects to see a flashy pimp or madam, people who seek to manipulate and control the free wills of others into their Kingdom of wickedness, to represent the Kingdom of Heaven. Yet, Jesus the Christ was not a comely man, with more power than anyone. And did the Christ not set an example of righteous leadership by serving his servants? And were not all those who were chosen by the Christ flawed, and deemed crazy by the carnal wisdom of the world?
"Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy (1 Peter 4:13-14 KJV)." If you endure persecution by the world, smile and Know that our Lord, Jesus the Christ, suffered many persecutions, even until death. And there will be no more sacrifice for those who love God and are called to God's purpose. So, expect persecutions-and to go from glory to glory to glory! For many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivered them out of them all-and they get up stronger and stronger and stronger every time. For the Christ is Long-suffering for those who have repented minds. Say, Amen! And just as the Christ defeated death and rose from the grave, if you faint not while enduring your trial and tribulations, the Christ, who is faithful, will surely rise in you-and restore you. And then, you shall come forth as white as snow and as pure as gold-giving all the praise to the Lord Jesus the Christ who has tried, tested and redeemed you-Hallelujah!
Amen
